All orders are packed well, with as much recyclable material as possible. It’s not super cute, but it is super planet-friendly.

Please do Mother Earth a favour and reuse or recycle packing when your order arrives.

To make things simple, we have flat rate tracked courier charges for the following regions within Aotearoa New Zealand. I know that shipping is becoming increasingly expensive, and I’m doing my best to charge as little as possible while still packaging your new treasures safely, therefore the shipping price includes a handling fee.

  • North Island ($12.00)

  • North Island - RURAL ($15.00)

  • South Island ($14.00)

  • South Island - RURAL ($16.00)

For Australia customers, there is a flat-rate tracked airmail charge of $25. The delivery time frame is about 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is packed and a courier is booked. If you require an expedited shipping option, please email us. Note that all pricing is in NZ Dollars.

For United States of America customers, there is a flat-rate tracked airmail charge of $40. The delivery time frame is about 2-3 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is packed and a courier is booked. If you require an expedited shipping option, please email us. Note that all pricing is in NZ Dollars.

For all other international prospective customers, please contact me directly for a shipping quote! I’ve safely sent mugs to the UK, France, Germany, Malaysia, Phillipines and more. I love seeing my work end up in homes across the world!


RETURNS POLICY

All full price items are made with love and inspected for their quality. What I send you, I promise to be wonderful. As handmade variations are to be expected, change of mind refunds and exchanges are not granted. If by chance the product arrives broken from courier delivery (this is very rare), please get in touch and let me know so that I can organise its replacement pronto!
